• A social arrangement significantly varied at all times and throughout all cultures is assumed as an unwavering commitment to underlying roles, responsibilities and expectations prioritizing domesticity for and among ALL of its participants. This is a Cultural Norm.
• Cultural Norm's most stringently enforced expectations stem from long standing priorities which remain, mostly, unspoken. When priorities so established are compromised and/or fail, so will the tranquility of domesticity be disrupted, significantly.  
• Ongoing disputes as to the importance of one priority over another or continuing questions of why one expectation is valued above another that are NOT resolved through competitive rewards of resources, solidify deepening ideological conflicts and furthering the social divide between certain priorities and expectations. 
• These divisions are then further exploited as fodder then seeded to political taste.
